Message Fcty purchases made in store or online that are not final sale may be returned within 10 days of purchase or receipt for an exchange or refund. The postmark will serve as proof of date.

We exchange only when the size does not fit. For all other problems, or in the event that we no longer have the desired size in stock, we will issue a refund.

Items that have been worn, washed, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. All original labels must be attached.

To avoid any risk of refusal, we ask you to inspect your garment for pet hair, lint, traces of deodorant or odor. Please take care to remove them inside and out before returning them.

The cost of returning a garment must be paid by the customer. We suggest you use a delivery method that allows you to insure and track your return package. Keep the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.

TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE 
1. write to us at info@messagefactory.ca, mentioning the order number, the item to be returned and the reason for return, in order to obtain an authorization number.

2) Carefully place the items you wish to return in the recycled poly bag in which they were previously delivered.

3.use the unused self-adhesive strip to close the bag and indicate the return number.

5. Be sure to track it. We are not responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost returns.

Returns can be made directly to our Magog boutique. Items must be received within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed online and you will receive confirmation by e-mail. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

RETURN HOLIDAY PERIOD :

We will be happy to accept returns until January 10th for clothing purchased as a gift. Purchases in November may be exchanged or given a store credit. Purchases in December may be refunded. Your package must be shipped before January 10th to guarantee your refund. No price adjustments will be accepted.

If you wish to make an exchange for a different size, color or style, we invite you to make a return request, select "exchange" and write the desired item in the comments. The requested item will be shipped free of charge upon receipt of your return. If it is no longer available at the time we process your request, an alternative may be offered to you or a refund.

SALE POLICY

• If you are returning one or more items and you benefited from a promotion when purchasing (e.g. $20 off/$125 purchase, Buy one item at regular price, get the 2nd one at 50%, etc.) it is likely that you will lose the privilege related to the promotion when processing the return.

• FINAL SALE items (special prices ending in $.99) are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. ****Additional markdown promotional items (e.g. extra 20% off sale, end of season sale) are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, refund, credit or price adjustment. ****

For hygiene and health reasons, all masks, underwear and accessories are considered final sale.

REFUND

Refunds will be issued upon processing of the garment at our warehouse. If the garments are not returned in the same condition as when delivered, we reserve the right to deduct a $7.99 service and handling charge plus tax from your refund.

If you wish to return a garment, we will do our best to process your request promptly. A delivery charge of $12 plus tax will be deducted from your refund if the order you are returning falls below the $125 threshold and you had not paid delivery charges.
