Returns and exchanges
Message Factory purchases made in-store or online may be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase or receipt for an exchange or refund. The postmark will be proof of the date.
Items that have been worn, washed, bleached or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. All original tags must be attached.
To avoid any risk of refusal, we ask that you inspect your garment to verify that it does not contain animal hair or lint, traces of deodorant or odor. Please take care to remove them inside and out before returning them.
If you have multiple items of clothing to exchange or return from the same order, you must send them all together. Only one free return per order.
RETURN HOLIDAY PERIOD :
We will be happy to accept returns until January 10th for clothing purchased as a gift. Purchases in November may be exchanged or given a store credit. Purchases in December may be refunded. Your package must be shipped before January 10th to guarantee your refund. No price adjustments will be accepted.
If you wish to make an exchange for a different size, color or style, we invite you to make a return request, select "exchange" and write the desired item in the comments. The requested item will be shipped free of charge upon receipt of your return. If it is no longer available at the time we process your request, an alternative may be offered to you or a refund.
SALE POLICY
• If you are returning one or more items and you benefited from a promotion when purchasing (e.g. $20 off/$125 purchase, Buy one item at regular price, get the 2nd one at 50%, etc.) it is likely that you will lose the privilege related to the promotion when processing the return.
• FINAL SALE items (special prices ending in $.99) are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. ****Additional markdown promotional items (e.g. extra 20% off sale, end of season sale) are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, refund, credit or price adjustment. ****
For hygiene and health reasons, all masks, underwear and accessories are considered final sale.
REFUND
The refund will be issued when the garment is processed at our warehouse. In the event that the garments are not returned in the same condition as when delivered, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund a service and handling fee of $7.99 plus taxes.
In the case of a return, we will do our best to process your request quickly. A shipping fee of $12 plus taxes will be withheld from your refund if the order you are returning is under the $100 threshold and you did not pay shipping fees. Your return remains free.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN CANADA (INTERNATIONAL CONTACT US)
1. Go to the section return , you will need your order number to complete the request. Select all items to return or exchange and indicate the reason for the return.
2.We will send you the return label to print. No items will be refunded without authorization.
3. Carefully place the items you wish to return in the recycled poly bag in which they were previously delivered.
4.Use the unused adhesive strip to close the bag and stick the prepaid return label on the package.
5. Bring your package to a Canada Post counter to ship your return.
Returns can be made directly to our workshop-boutique in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Items must be received within 10 days of the purchase date. The refund will be made online and you will receive a confirmation by email. Note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
