What makes Message Factory and Oöm Ethikwear clothing different from other manufacturers?

Our clothing is produced in Quebec by conviction. More than 75% of our fabrics are knitted and dyed locally. This guarantees that our clothing is good for your health and has not harmed the health of those who participated in the manufacturing process. Our products are 100% cut, printed, embroidered and sewn in Quebec. Thus, we work closely with our suppliers to guarantee product quality, reduce our carbon footprint and promote local jobs.

What do you suggest for clothing care?

All our fabrics are high quality and easy to care for. Wash in cold water on a regular cycle and dry flat. No dryer or ironing!

How can I get your clothes?

You can buy directly online on this site or visit one of our many retailers. We also have a Message Factory / Oöm Ethikwear boutique at 228A rue Richelieu in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. To find the retailer closest to you click here .

I'm not sure about my height. What should I do?

Please note that our size scale is one size larger than European standards. We dress according to American size standards. If despite the size chart you are still unsure about the right size to take, do not hesitate to write to us . We will be happy to advise you.

What sizes do you offer?

Our available sizes range from extra small to extra large in our online store.

We also produce some Message Factory women's models in plus sizes which are available from our partner Sportive Plus.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of ordering for in-stock items, Monday through Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin the next business day. Delivery times are 2-6 business days depending on the region and shipping service. Please note that delivery times are longer for British Columbia (up to 10 days). If you need to receive your package within a specific time frame, please contact us so our team can make sure it is achievable.

Do you offer a warranty?

We guarantee all products offered for sale on the online store against manufacturing defects, without any reservation. If you are not satisfied with the shape, quality, color or size of an item, you can return it free of charge for an identical item in another color or size.

What are the deadlines for making a return?

You have 10 days from the date of receipt of the package to return an item that does not suit you free of charge. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. To find out about our return policy click here .

I want to make an exchange, how do I do it?

In our returns application, you can request an exchange by writing to us. The requested item will be shipped free of charge upon receipt of your return. If it is no longer available at the time we process your request, an alternative may be offered to you or a refund. To know our exchange policy and complete the request: click here .

I didn't receive the refund for my return?

It may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions, please contact us .

How do I know when my order will be delivered?

You can track your package online at www.canadapost.ca . Your tracking number will be sent to you by email with your order confirmation. If your order tracking indicates that it has been delivered, but you still do not have it in your possession, contact us quickly so that a service ticket can be opened with Canada Post.

Can I use the promotional code obtained when subscribing to the newsletter at any time or combine it with another promotion?

The code obtained when subscribing to the newsletter is valid only on merchandise at regular price or on sale and has no expiration date. However, it excludes final sale items that are already set at the lowest price. It is not possible to combine two promotional codes on the same order. It is preferable to use the most advantageous one or the one with an expiration date. The newsletter promotional code does not apply when there are other promotions in progress.

I forgot to enter my promotional code. What can I do?

There is no need to reorder. Just email us and we will be happy to issue a refund for the value of the discount. It may take 5-10 business days for you to see the refund on your credit card statement.
