Most in-stock orders ship within 48 hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. We will send you an order confirmation by email and information on how to track your package. You can track your shipment online at www.canadapost.ca
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, Canada. Deliveries do not include a signature upon receipt. If you have any further questions about the shipping and handling of your order, please contact us.
Our delivery times are:
Regional: 2-3 days (Quebec and Ontario)
National: 2-6 days (from one Canadian city to another Canadian city ex: MTL-Vancouver)
United States: 4 to 10 business days depending on the region. Shipments to the United States will be shipped via Canada Post and its American partners. US customs generally apply brokerage fees on shipments, these fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid to the US Postal Service. Note that returns are the buyer's responsibility.
